About Us

The Veterans Coalition of Tarrant County, or VETCO, serves as the de facto industry association for veteran service organizations (VSO), veteran service providers (VSP), veteran-centric non-profits, and other organizations focused on veterans and military families.

VETCO has operated continuously since 2010 and has over 100 veteran service organizations that participate in its meetings and events throughout the year. VETCO’s monthly meetings are forums where service providers can network, share best practices and learn about events and activities throughout North Texas. For the last 3 years, VETCO has hosted an annual conference focused on bringing its members the latest research, trends, and insights in veteran services.

VETCO members are those organizations that have programs and services either specifically designed for veterans and their families or those who make their services available for little or no cost to veterans and their families. It is VETCO’s mission to improve the lives of veterans and their families by strengthening the organizations that help them.
